This is an extra advantage for Muslims in Ramadan to assist them to obey Allah, as the fieriest enemy for man and the closest to him has been restraint. It is related on the authority of Safyah bint Huyay that the Prophet (PBUH) said: (Devil runs with humans like blood in veins[1].)

Thus, the chance came to Muslims to increase in obedience. Also, chaining devils decreases rate of disobedience, evil, and crimes in society, and accordingly it becomes more quiet, tranquil and conservative.

Through these gifts and grants, Allah, Almighty makes us feel that Ramadan is a very splendid month. It is a blessed period during the whole age over the universe. Events mentioned by the Messenger Muhammad in Hadith are invisible, but present and happen in this spacious universe; paradise with open gates, its width is like that of heaven and earth, and hell-fire closed to show mercy to Servants, and fierce devils chained.

This entire grant is due to the great month of Ramadan.
