Police have set up a mobile facility at Thornlie Square Shopping Centre tonight in the hope that someone will come forward with information into hate crimes against an Islamic school in Thornlie.
Worshippers at the mosque adjoining the Australian Islamic College on Tonbridge Way in Thornlie were interrupted during evening prayers about 8pm on June 28 by a bang outside.
A Toyota Prado was fire-bombed and three other cars damaged after anti-Islamic graffiti was sprayed on a wall.
A police dog tracked a scent from the school to a location on Hughenden Drive but the three culprits were not found.
Police are urging anyone with information to come forward to the information post at the corner of Tonbridge Way and Thornlie Avenue from 5-8pm.
