Short Description
The greatest thing we love for ourselves is the forgiveness of Allah as it leads to paradise where no misery forever. Accordingly, the true believer should loves forgiveness for other Muslims.
The Prophet Muhammad was always keen to disseminate love spirit among Muslims and wants Muslims be desirous to convey the good to other Muslims. Moreover, he made this spirit a sign for the true faith that Anas ibn malik reported that the Prophet (PBUH) said: (None of you would be complete in faith until he loves for others the same he loves for himself).
The greatest thing we love for ourselves is the forgiveness of Allah as it leads to paradise where no misery forever. Accordingly, the true believer should loves forgiveness for other Muslims.
Allah Almighty declared that in the Glorious Quran and made it a constant sign for the true believers, where He (SWT) says: (And [there is a share for] those who came after them, saying, "Our Lord, forgive us and our brothers who preceded us in faith and put not in our hearts [any] resentment toward those who have believed. Our Lord, indeed You are Kind and Merciful.") Al-Hashr, 10. Thus, the Sunnah of the Prophet is to seek forgiveness for believing men and women, and he ordered us to do that and made the reward plentiful for it. In this concern, `Ubadah ibn As-Samit said: I heard the Prophet (PBUH) saying: (a Muslim seeking Allah’s forgiveness for believing men and women will be rewarded a good deed by Allah for each man and woman.
So, see how plentiful rewards the Muslim can attain when seeking forgiveness for believing men and women as Muslims now exceed one billion, and such number will be infinite when joining those believers of the preceding nations.
Let’s be keen to this wonderful sunnah and ask Allah for His forgiveness for all believers men and women, dead and alive, and this would be on a daily basis.
Do not forget out motto (And if you obey him, you will be rightly guided), An-Nur, 54.
