Dr. Ragheb El-Sergani, General-Supervisor of Islam Story Web Site, stressed that the chances of establishing the Islamic rule should be took in a quick advantage, because they are not recurring much in history. The one closely observing the biography of the prophet Muhammad finds out that he took a quick advantage in Median and established the Islamic rule there when Al-Ansar proposed to him to reside in Medina. The prophet considered the situation carefully and accepted the proposal.

Dr. Ragheb stated that the prophet was in wait for an opportunity to set the Islamic rule in Mecca which acctually happened after the Hudaybia reconciliation where the prophet made a good a dvantage of Bakr tribe breaking its bledge with Khuza`ah tribe. As a result,  the prophet prepared his army to open Mecca though Abu-Sufyan came to applogize and renew the peacemaking with Muslims. However, the chance might not happen once again except after many years. The matter led to openning Mecca and establishing the Islamic rule both in Mecca and Median.

Dr. Ragheb pointed out that gradual progress and resolution are of the established ways of Allah but in the proper time and condition.

This was during the weekly lecture delivered by Dr. Ragheb titled ""Inspirations of the Egyptian Revolution" on Tuesday, April 19, 2011 after `Isha prayer at Ar-Rawas mosque, Sayeda Zainab quarter, Cairo.

Dr. Ragheb criticized the Islamists at the present in Egypt for retardation which may not keep up with the quick recent incidents which necessiate to make proper quick decissions.

Dr. Ragheb  stressed that such chances of establishing the Islamic rule are not recurring much in history or reality. Accordingly, the Islamists should take advantage of the incidents and and consider them closely, because such opportunity may not be obtainable except ater many years if we missed it.
