Short Description
Like this my last Ramadan should be; rather, my lifetime should be. How will I act if Iam prolonged after Ramadan?!
Will I be satisfied when Allah, Almighty sees me disobedient in Rajab or Shawal?!
How wonderful is the advice of Abu-Bakr As-Sidiq to Abu-`Ubaidahibn Al-Jarah (May Allah be pleased with them both) ongoing for Jihad: "O Abu-`Ubaidah! Do the righteous deeds, spend your life striving in the cause of Allah and die a martyr"
How a great advice and profound understanding! It is not enough to act righteously, , however, a Muslim should be keen to come to the climax of Islam, namely Jihad in the cause of Allah. Let that Jihad be on all fronts, in battlefields, by tongue confronting tyrant ruler, by the Glorious Quran aganist those raising suspicions against Islam, by calling to Allah those who are heedless, jihad against the whispers of Satan, desirs of one's soul and temptations, jihad to be accustomed to obedience and jihad against disobedience and lusts.
This is indeed the life of Mujahid.. How far between the one practiced jihad for some time and that who kept it across his lifetime!
Jihad is not enough,!! We should die martyrs!
How can one of us die a martyr while none can choose the time, place or the way he dies?!
Iam not in need to expatiate on this point to unveal it, however, it is enough to mention the Hadith of the prophet (Any Muslim sincerely appeals to Allah to die a martyr, Allah will confer martyrdom upon him, even if it is deathbed).
Dear brotehrs and sisters in Islam, reflect upon the word "sincerly" cited by the prophet (PBUH) since Allah, Almighty, is aware of our hearts, intentions and deeds.
